Our 10 Favorite Healthy Eating Blogs

Story by Cheri Woodsmall

In our last issue, we shared with you a few cool, techy fitness gadgets to keep your workouts fun, interesting and edgy. Working out is important to staying strong and healthy, but the body runs on fuel. When you are burning hundreds of calories with those amazing workouts, a healthy, balanced diet is the foundation for success.

This month, we’re sharing a few of our favorite go-to blogs for healthy eating. As you will see, achieving your weight-loss and fitness goals doesn’t have to be restrictive and boring! One of our favorite tips: Try to focus on eating more healthy foods that you enjoy, and then mixing up those foods every week or so. Don’t like kale? No worries! Add in some spinach or romaine instead! Now grab a cup of your favorite chai tea and your tablet and get ready to read your way to good health!
