What was once created as a standard builder-grade half bathroom has now become a powder room of elegance and distinction. Designed by Diana Dodge and her client at the Kohler Signature Store by First Supply, this chic space offers layers of eye-catching statement pieces that make it more than just a bathroom.

“We incorporated just a few elements to give this bathroom a whole new presence,” noted Dodge, who artfully injected subtle upgrades and appointments that result in its unexpected “wow” factor.

The homeowner brought in many of the details, opening the door for Dodge and her team to coordinate everything she had, all of which work in harmony to create a fun-filled space.

“This bathroom definitely has an antique chic vibe to it,” expressed Dodge.

Among the carefully curated elements include the muted chartreuse wallpaper with grey birds, a chandelier, some personal art pieces from the homeowner’s collection displayed on the wooden shelf, and an antique mirror.

What really makes this powder room pop, however, and stands as the true star of the show, is the beautiful Pallene vessel sink by Kohler.

“This is a glass vessel bowl that sits on top of the original vanity with its new Carrick quartz countertop by Cambria,” noted Dodge. “We kept the original gray border stripe on the wall to which we matched the countertop.”

The homeowner also selected the elegant stainless, brushed nickel faucet and accompanying towel ring from Newport Brass to add additional charm to the space.
