As a thorough, all-inclusive source for a fully customized home, Garret explained, “We provide full-service from buying the lot, construction loan and providing an architect for their custom home. We work with both the architect and engineer to make sure they are designing the house within the budget we provided. Many times, owners spend thousands of dollars on a plan for a contractor to estimate. Once the contractor estimates the drawings, it typically is over budget. They then would have to spend more money to redesign the dream home they created.”
Wildflower is the newest, most exclusive private estate community in the Northland, just east of Manderley. Syler is now building homes in this new subdivision and has four lots reserved for upscale, spec houses with additional lots that are still for sale for custom homes. With only 16 estate-sized lots, it is a completely private location offering aesthetic dreamscapes.
Wildflower is a planned community with an emphasis on elegant, unique homes with sprawling, manicured landscapes, careful consideration has been given allowing each resident the freedom to pursue their individual architectural flair, while maintaining a consistent level of quality associated with high end homes.
When it comes to the remodeling side of the business, Garret shared that his company handles the remodel process the same way they handle new custom home builds. They are currently handling all house additions, including basement finishes and remodels.
He also builds maintenance-provided living homes, adding, “We recently wrapped up a 32-unit maintenance-provided villa community in Kearney, Missouri, and are currently designing a new community with homes around the $550k range. We also have available commercial leasing spaces in a new building in Kearney, MO off Highway 33. Our team is unique as we specialize in commercial, residential, land development and commercial leasing development.”
As Garret looks toward the future, he sees endless possibilities for growth and expansion, and is currently branching into Olathe, Overland Park, Lee’s Summit and the Raymore area. New developments are in the works in Kearney, as well as plans to continue building in prestigious neighborhoods, in addition to Wildflower, like Montebella, The Greens of Shoal Creek, Eagle Pointe at Shoal Creek Valley, Davidson Farms at Shoal Creek, The Meadows of Greenfield, Staley Farms, Thousand Oaks and Creekside of KC.
