Top Real Estate Team

Two local powerhouses have joined forces to provide top notch service and experience in Kansas City. Anne Fraser and The Fraser Team are now working with The Rob Ellerman Team at ReeceNichols.

“We love them!” Fraser noted. “This is a great addition to what we are already doing. Whether you’re looking to find your dream home or sell your property swiftly and efficiently, we have the expertise, dedication, and resources to make it happen seamlessly.”

Her team’s focus is to be professional and communicate at all stages of the sale and provide every piece of information to assist the client in making an informed and educated decision. “We hold every client’s hand through the process from beginning to end.”

Anne grew up in Prairie Village and attended Baker University, then KU where she met her husband, Mark, and married their senior year of college. They have a daughter, 32, who is married and has three children in Texas, ages 4, 2 and 5 months. Their son, 30, is married and living in Wichita, Kansas. They are expecting their first baby.

When both of Anne’s parents were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at a young age, she and Mark moved back from Arizona so she could be the primary caregiver for her parents. They passed within six months of each other in 2012. Anne was a teacher and personal trainer prior to becoming a Realtor in 2015. Mark was a home and mold inspector. Due to college sports and an eventual knee replacement, he could no longer climb ladders for inspections, so he joined his wife’s team.

“You can’t unlearn what you already know, so we use it as a value-add when Mark is taking our clients through homes. He is very good at pointing out things the average agent doesn’t know,” she smiled.

“I started my own 501c3 to educate people about brain health. I have Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and it took me a year to reverse symptoms through proper healthcare, quality sleep, good oral hygiene, supplementation, healthy food, stress reduction and working out. While there is no cure, as long as I stay on my plan, my hope is not to have issues again.” She continued, “I speak all over KC, hold The Night Of Hope Gala annually and have a cookbook coming out soon. Our whole team is involved. We put a lot of effort in not only serving KC as Realtors, but also giving back to our community.”

“We work with people of all ages to buy/sell or invest in real estate. From first time home buyers to seniors in the afternoon of their life, we take care of everyone, she asserted. “With our senior citizens, we have an entire system set up to assist in all steps so the family can focus on the care of their loved one. We can set up everything from estate sales through the closing of the home. I know and work with the top people in KC to help get the job done. I have been through this personally, so we take this job very seriously and it is our absolute pleasure to work with our clients and their families. I believe all that I have been through and done in my life has brought me to where I am today… a top real estate agent who loves people and loves life!”

Anne aligns herself with the best of the best. Some of the statistics of The Rob Ellerman Team are:

  • #1 Real Estate Team in the state of Missouri and Kansas.
  • #1 KC Real Estate Team in Homes Sold.
  • #1 in Sales Volume.
  • #3 Nationally Ranked Team in the U.S.
  • 2114 Closed units $877+ Million in Sales Volume in 2022.
  • Over $4.4 Billion in career sales and over 14,100 homes sold.

Another best of the best is Steven Zin with Cross Country Mortgage. Anne has worked with him from day one, and attributes much of her success to him and noted he is one of the best lenders in Kansas City and is fabulous to work with.

Rob Ellerman commented, “Meeting with the Fraser Team, I knew they were going to be such a great fit for our team. Their reputation among agents preceded them. I’m excited to help them grow and achieve all the goals they have set for themselves. I see really big things in their future. Their knowledge of the market, how they treat their clients aligned well with our family-first philosophy. Anne’s charitable work went hand-in-hand with our philanthropic efforts to give back to our community.”
