It is easy to see why Holly Bond is so passionate and entrenched in helping her clients. She is a homegrown young woman, born and raised in the Kansas City metro area. Upon graduating from Lee’s Summit High School, she went on to further her education at Maple Woods Community College as a student athlete. She earned her associate degree in criminal justice and is the proud mother of two daughters.
Her real estate journey began following the build process of her own personal home. She found she enjoyed the ground to complete finish experience.
“From selecting the floor plan, lot, to decorative finishes, seeing my vision turn into reality was such an incredible journey!” she noted. “From this point I was hooked, so I obtained my Missouri and Kansas real estate license and joined the Coldwell Banker brokerage in Blue Springs.”
Her first new construction opportunities were in the communities of Timber Hills and Daltons Ridge on the Missouri side with builder Johnnie Adams. After selling out the 87 home site community of Timber Hills, Parkway Estates was developed. Bond was awarded the New Homes Saleswomen of the Year by the Kansas City Home Builders Association.
She took a small hiatus from real estate to pursue a nursing degree from 2013-2018, then began consulting for Johnnie in 2018, overseeing on site agents, contracts, pricing and builds in over six communities across the KC Metro.
“I obtained my Missouri and Kansas license again in 2019 when I began listing new construction in Platte City, Raymore, and Olathe,” she explained.
In June 2023, she received an incredible opportunity from Robin Henricks and Genevra Collins with Keller Williams Overland Park. She explained, “These two amazing women worked vigorously to show me the vision and potential that my years of experience had to offer. This moment is when Prestige Property Partners was established.”
“Keller Williams has been life changing. I cannot speak enough about the ‘Culture’ of the KW brand. From the leadership, staff, and agents the support in this brokerage is unprecedented,” she noted.
Since that time, she has brought on Orlando Taylor, who assists in their new home community along with residential resale needs. She smiled, “He has been a sponge, truly a joy to work with.”
She stressed that their core values include customer service, transparency and innovation. They pride themselves in continuing to learn from each transaction and striving to evolve and better their systems, outlook and processes.
Future growth strategy goals include adding more residential resale transactions to their portfolio and they plan to grow their business substantially over the course of this upcoming year.
“I am starting to look for more like-minded professionals to bring on board to grow the brand and business,” she continued. “Our vision for the future of the local real estate scene would be to work with buyers, sellers and investors in residential real estate and new construction. We plan to help shape our industry.”

“Holly Bond made our process in building a new home as smooth as possible. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, she not only answered them but also explained the reasoning behind it. She was always giving us updates on our house and the next steps throughout the process. Without Holly, this process would have been stressful and difficult. We knew we could rely on her to fix any problems we had quickly and efficiently. She really went above and beyond, and we are so thankful to have had her while building our home.”
