Are you on the hunt for a holiday outfit that will carry you from Thanksgiving to the new year? Look no further, Kansas City, I’ve got a few ideas.
Neutral tones have been a big theme of 2020 fashion, so I continued that trend here with different combinations of blush and black. An oversized cable knit sweater worn over a leopard print slip dress married two distinct holiday vibes in one look: cozy and chic.
Nothing says fall and winter quite like cable knit. It’s warm, timeless, and easy to wear with everything. But when paired with a traditionally more formal slip dress? Instant style fun and some lovely texture-mixing that keeps things interesting.
I added some attitude to the outfit with these tall black cowboy boots. The boots balance out the outfit’s more feminine elements and provide a little barrier from the winter chill. (Slip on a pair of black tights for additional warmth.)
For the holidays, I like to step up my purse game just a bit. A box-style metal clutch with a handy chain strap is just what this look needed to add in some glam.
