Founded in 2010 by Garrison Pflumm they offer something for every design taste and expression here. Jo Burg, Interior Designer, began her love of design at an early age.
“I was always sketching or scribbling design ideas down in a notebook when I was young,” she noted. “I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006 with a degree in Interior Design. Through the years, I have worked in many areas within the industry, but working with Total Design is honestly my dream job. I have been here over five years. I enjoy this environment where I can help clients bring their dream home designs to life, and I take a lot of pride in that. Homes are our havens. Helping create beautiful homes that people love and feel good in is extremely rewarding.”
They offer free design services to complete your project with the goal of assisting in creating and executing your complete design. They have a great working relationship with other industry trades and are happy to work with them to bring your vision to life.
“We cater to all, from designers to builders to remodelers to DIY projects,” she added, continuing, “We start with a scheduled showroom appointment to discuss your project, view products, and make sure you feel confident about the final results. We know that sometimes projects can be overwhelming, and it can be hard to envision and know if everything will flow well. We are here to help and to bring your vision to life and are proud of the work we do.”
When you come in and browse the showroom you can then begin the process of visually designing your dream home. From that point, their experts will come to your home to do a free, in-home measure to ensure the accuracy of the quote, plan the scope of the work, and then discuss steps to start the installation process. The initial visit to the showroom is a fun experience for sure!
