ASID Trends: Nature

What’s Hot Now

One of this year’s trends is nature, its raw colors and shapes. Succulents and vegetation are on display indoors. Plants provide a living element, texture and an anchor that differs from artwork. Maintenance needs can be minimal, and artificial plants today are so “real” they have become a great option. Consider adding a succulent wreath to the front door, or displaying grasses (real or artificial) in a variety of containers. Plantings and pots can hang on the walls, or add an arrangement to the tray on your coffee table or ottoman. Larger potted plants fill corners, and artificial plants still bring that natural aesthetic to darker, sun-starved rooms.
