While each neighborhood is different in terms of what maintenance items are covered, these typically involve snow removal and lawn care, such as mowing, the application of chemicals, and picking up leaves.
“Some of the communities also provide exterior painting, roofing, and concrete maintenance, which are part of the HOA dues,” noted Lambie. “It all just depends on the project.”
One of Lambie’s newest projects, Regent Parks, is an exciting invitation to live luxuriously in some of the most upscale villas in town.
“This development is located off 135th and Kenneth Road in Leawood,” noted Lambie. “There will be 82 units available, and we anticipate pouring foundations by January.”
The Bristol Highlands development promises to be another head-turning neighborhood in the heart of Lenexa with 62 lots available by October.
Some of the beautiful hallmarks of Lambie’s designs include open floor plans, unique tile design, hardwood floors, beautiful stone appointments, walk-in pantries, enclosed patios, vaulted ceilings, custom lighting, luxuriously finished lower levels with ample space to relax with family and entertain friends, and efficient use of space all around.
“We build villas in all price ranges,” he noted. “They are popular designs for those who are empty nesters or downsizing but still want the nice amenities and luxury finishes but in a smaller space.”
Lambie never seems to slow down and is currently eyeing several more home developments on the horizon.
“We have started a development off 191st and Mission called Southern Meadows,” said Lambie. “We have 513 acres that will have 1,200 lots with home plans to meet anyone’s needs starting in the upper $500,000s.”
Lambie enjoys land development and working with people. As always, he initially sketches his plans for each design and then hands those off to an architect to finalize. He keeps the architects busy, too, as his creative wheels are continually in motion.
“I’m always looking for new ideas,” he smiled.
