Owner Brian Koehler grew up in the home building business, and as a result he has created a highly diversified portfolio of ideas and inspirations, having built more than 1,000 homes in his career. “On one end there is a sitting area, a television and a fireplace,” noted Kim. “On the other end is a firepit, a bar and three large screen TVs.”

“The oversized kitchen opens into the great room and in the eating area is a built-in buffet,” said Kim, who likens the design of this home to somewhat of a traditional style with layered modern influences.
