One of the metro area’s most exciting communities is ready to welcome you home. Nestled just east of 470 Highway and 291 Highway on Woods Chapel Road in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Park Ridge Communities invites you to make yourself right at home.

Among the services provided include exterior maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing and fertilizing, and trash removal. “The Trails is definitely not an age-restricted community,” indicated Shawhan.
Both Gregersen and Shawhan have extensive backgrounds in new construction, which allows them to fully serve clients from start to finish.
