One of the most popular floorplans offered by Olympus Custom Homes is the Rachel, a story and a half design Hollowell has been building for nearly two decades. “This is our top seller, featuring 3,100 square feet of finished space,” noted Hollowell.

Another popular plan continually turning heads is the Zaria, a custom design introduced 10 years ago and which continues to gain momentum with each successive build.

“With this particular plan, one of our customers indicated we thought of everything,” said Hollowell, whose team has an obvious talent for always introducing something new and engaging to each design.

The Alexa Haley floorplan is a five-bedroom, two-story home with a multipurpose room that can be converted to a breakfast book nook, TV area, family room or even a wine cellar.

The fifth bedroom with laundry access is located on the main level. This could be used as in-law quarters or a home office.

“We realize now during Covid-19 more people are wanting home offices,” said Hollowell. “We are a flexible builder and will gladly cater to the customer’s needs.”

Recently, many buyers for the Zaria 1.5 story plan have been requesting feature and layout changes to reinvent it to their match their needs – changes like adding a full in-law suite, a giant double laundry room, a bigger eat in kitchen table area, or a pool bath and changing room entrance from the exterior. One customer even had Olympus change the Zaria 1.5 plan by taking the whole upper level off which created the New popular “Bobbi Jo” Rev 1.5 plan.
