“Living Organic”

Over the years I have been researching the impact of  interior design on health & wellness. Recently I received an award; “Top International Designer of the Year” from IAOTP. When in Nashville to receive the award I met with several other top professionals also being honored. One for one from the top physician, mental health practitioner, to holistic therapist of the year, we all agreed on one thing. Interior design impact lives.

To best support human life, I discovered that “Living Organic” is not just a lifestyle but a design style. Here’s a few tips on how you can do that.

Shapes – especially curves bring a sense of comfort and joy. Use them liberally in your home.

Organic materials – connects you to the healing aspect of nature. Select hand woven items, natural wood and stone materials. Each provides comfort and calm to your emotions.

Tonal color & texture – neutrals of various tones combined with texture softens the world around you. This provides a positive impact on your state of mind.

Pay attention to how you feel in your environment. Discover what makes you happy and create more of that in your home. At signature design + studio we are experts in doing just that for you.
