“This development is located off 135th and Kenneth Road in Leawood,” noted April Ash, Sales and Marketing. “There will be 82 units available, and we anticipate the first one to be finished in October.”

She went on to add, “We have started a development off 183rd and Mission called Southern Meadows. We have 513 acres that will have 1,200 lots with home plans to meet anyone’s needs starting in the upper $600,000s.”
