A Kansas City native and graduate of De Soto High School, Spiess began building his professional resume at a young age. When he was a teenager, he worked for a friend’s family business in the HVAC trade, installing units in new construction homes. His appetite whetted, he never looked back and began his professional career at age 18. Based in De Soto, Spiess enjoys sticking close to his roots. While he is happy to build new homes most anywhere in the metro area, he primarily builds in De Soto, Lenexa, Olathe and Shawnee with home prices ranging from the low $300,000s to the upper $600,000s.
