“I discuss how we can work with their personal style so it can be enjoyed over and over,” she smiled. “Each kitchen and bath I create is entirely custom, which is the beauty in my work. There is no mass production here. At least two elements need to be different for me to feel good about myself.”
Another thing clients need to understand is that delays are not subject to discounts by manufacturers now and delivery times are estimates.
“We are reasonable in our approach to each project when it comes to these factors we cannot necessarily control,” expressed Ross. “However, because we create truly custom spaces and pay close attention to every single detail, we believe the end result is worth the wait. We just respectfully request that during this journey of delivering a custom project to you, you simply bear with us as we deal with these hurdles.”
She enjoys coming in and updating existing spaces with splashes of color, light and luxurious embellishments. In addition, she works with new builds in a variety of manners. She can do consultation on design only or she can take on complete control and make sure the builder is following the vision of the homeowners she is working with.
“I have the knowledge and can help them through the process,” she explained. “The builder does the framing, roofing, foundation and electrical and then we take over!”
