One of the metro area’s most exciting communities is ready to welcome you home. Nestled just east of 470 Highway and 291 Highway on Woods Chapel Road in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Park Ridge Communities invites you to make yourself right at home.

On-site agents Brandon Gregersen and Amber Shawhan, both with Chartwell Realty, can introduce you to your new address. With its sales center located inside the legendary “Secret Santa” home with the famous blue roof, which also serves as the clubhouse, this exciting new community is ready to help you begin the process of finding or building your new home.

Established in 2006, this growing community, which consists of The Trails, a maintenance-provided community, and Park Ridge, a community of luxury new construction and single-family homes, has certainly made a stellar name for itself, having garnered 26 awards to date with 300 projects completed. With Phase 6 right around the corner, homeowners are discovering why living at Park Ridge is a notable address.

“We have a good portfolio of builders,” noted Gregersen. Among those are include JFE Construction, McGraw Homes, Monticello Homes, Wood Brothers Construction, and Wyss Home Building.

In the maintenance-provided The Trails, all floor plans allow for main level living and can also be custom made. Among the services provided include exterior maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing and fertilizing, and trash removal. Taking it a step further, these maintenance- provided homes are not only perfect for those seeking to downsize or retire, but they are a great option for the busy young professional who doesn’t have the time or want to take the time to deal with the added work of maintaining certain aspects of the home.

“The Trails is definitely not an age-restricted community,” indicated Shawhan.

Both Gregersen and Shawhan have extensive backgrounds in new construction, which allows them to fully serve clients from start to finish.

“We get involved with our clients and can assist with anything throughout the process, such as conducting design meetings and helping them sell their current home,” indicated Gregersen, who, along with Shawhan, is an exclusive agent for this subdivision. “We understand that often the process of building a new home can be overwhelming, so we are here to help make that process easier and fun.”
