Owner/Broker Haley Epps is the driving force of this group. The real estate industry is in her blood. Even though she has been working within the business for more than 26 years, her journey began at a much earlier time in her life. Her mother was a Realtor® and so were her grandparents. Haley honed her professional skills working alongside her mother within the commercial real estate arena before taking the leap to the residential side. Her reputation as an experienced agent who takes care of her clients has propelled her to the top of her game.

After working with her mom, Epps established her own agency, Boardwalk Realty. She still owns this business but maintains its focus on commercial transactions. Four years ago, Epps joined Reece Nichols on its residential side and then moved to Compass late last year. It was a decision that has truly elevated and enhanced her career.

The Haley Epps Team, which achieved $40 million in volume in 2021, also provides free staging for houses and has two storage units with furniture.
