For example, one buyer wanted a four-car garage, so he built that house close by. Adams is open to assisting buyers who just can’t be in this area. That way we can accommodate their circumstances.”

Bond explained that currently they are back to successfully building homes through a complete build without incurring material overages, and noted, “One other thing we have been doing for six months, is working with Jim Alderman at Community America Credit Union for extended buy down programs for our customers, saving a percent.”

She went on to confirm, “We are over halfway through in phase nine at Oak Run and have 20 lots left. With our on-site sales team continuing to expand our services, with not only Oak Run community homeowners but with buyers and sellers across the metro area with Prestige Property Partners which I started over a year ago. We continue to build our business platform to enhance our customer experience.”

Bond has worked with Adams over 17 years, which has given her the knowledge and ability to assist buyers in any new construction. Prestige allows her and her team to continue to grow the community and the Adams brand.

Adams has sold over 1,900 homes throughout his career. He originally began building in Lee’s Summit and Blue Springs, living in the communities in which he builds. He currently pulls one-third of all building permits in Olathe.
