Tom and Lori Dusterhoft are the inaugural homeowners in The Enclave at Terrybrook Farms — and that’s just the way the energetic couple likes it.

“Lori and I love that we’re not the last ones moving in and can watch Terrybrook Farms evolve,” Tom Dusterhoft says. “We look forward to becoming acquainted with existing and new neighbors.”

The Dusterhoft’s recently moved into their stunning estate home built by Jim Larson Homes — a modern residence that sits on an expansive 120-foot lot, a luxury of size for estate-style homes in the area. The couple hired Kristen Ridler, one of Rodrock’s interior designers who also decorated several of Terrybrook Farms’ models, to achieve their vision.

“After touring models in Terrybrook Farms, we were impressed by the finishes, décor and overall quality of each home — the community has good bones and will stand the test of time,” says Tom Dusterhoft. “The wide variety of price ranges gives this master plan community a variety of homes.”

Situated at 171 St. and Switzer in the acclaimed Blue Valley School District, Terrybrook Farms is the much-anticipated Julian-Rodrock Homes collaboration.
